When you order your engagement ring or wedding band with Nikoo, you get:
Free resizing — for life.
Bodies change. Fingers change. Your ring should keep up. One complimentary resize is standard; ongoing resizes at mates' rates for as long as you own the piece.
Annual inspection and cleaning — free, forever.
Bring your ring in once a year. We check the setting, tighten loose prongs, inspect the shank for wear, and give it a full professional clean and polish. This is the single biggest thing that prevents stone loss — and most people never do it because no one offers it for free.
6-month prong and setting check — included with every custom order.
The first six months of daily wear is when a setting "beds in." We check it once, on the house, before anything becomes a problem.
Manufacturing defect cover — 2 years, no questions asked.
If something's wrong with the workmanship — not wear and tear, but an actual fault in how it was made — we fix it. Free.

What's Not Covered
To be upfront: the warranty covers manufacturing faults, general wear maintenance, and resizing. It doesn't cover loss, theft, or damage from accidents (a dropped ring, a caught prong from an impact) — for that, we recommend separate jewellery insurance, and we're happy to point you to providers who cover custom pieces properly.
