Return Conditions Please ensure these conditions are met for a return:

  • The item must have been delivered within the last 30 days. You must initiate the return within 30 days from receipt.
  • The item should be in its original, unused condition and returned in the same packaging it was received, including the original box.

If you meet all the conditions listed, you are all set to return your purchase.

  • Please ensure that you send a copy of proof of purchase (receipt) with the returned item.
  • Please note that refund will be issued only in form of a credit note which can be used for a purchase from the website. Also please note that cost of shipping needs to be borne by the customer. Also the shipment should be insured and also mandate acknowledgment receipt (cost needs to be borne by the customer).
